Andrew Neel graduated from Columbia College in the class of 2001 with a degree in Film Studies. He created a small production company, SeeThink, based in New York City. Andrew produced two 35mm short films directed by Dan Harris. He directed a number of short student films and billy528 is his first major narrative piece shot on 35mm. It was sold to Hypnotic and aired on ShowTime for several months in 2003. For the past year Andrew has been building his commercial reel and working on two documentary projects.
